| Q: What transportation do you use? A: We use EMS. We can also ship by SAL, which is more economic than EMS, if you don’t mind that it takes a few weeks for delivery. Q: What if items are damaged when they arrive? A: Since we insure items when we ship, full amount or less will be refund according to the damage level. Please keep all of the packaging and manuals along with the items and contact us within 3 days after receiving. Q: Do you provide any tracking system for packages? A: Yes. You can trace packages from EMS website. Q: Will tax be charged at customs? If so, how much is it? A: There is no tax due in Japan, but you may be required to pay tax at customs in your country.
